EN / With the Mullatem collection Katerina focused on exploring possibilities of innovative ways of personal adornment and thus inventing a new form of jewelry. The essential vision behind this work was to design a futuristic piece of jewelry and as such she drew from several inspirational sources such as sci-fi, cyberpunk or futurism. Mullatem is made of surgical steel which evokes the cosmic feeling of cold of the lifestyle in the future. Katerina chose this material on purpose as a noble material that will never go out of fashion.
