EN / I have always been fascinated by the human body functioning as a machine. A perfect system where everything fits. Moving objects CUBITO highlight the perfection of the body mechanisms even while a casual conversation. I made two pieces of these elbow jewellery. We almost don’t realize the movements of our elbows yet they are in use all day long. Freely exchangeable coloured plexiglasses, in both of the pieces, follow the movements of our elbow even at a slightest change of its position. The plexiglasses shift, eject and rotate and it constantly attracts our attention.

CZ / Vždy mne fascinovalo, že naše tělo funguje jako stroj. Dokonalý systém, kde do sebe vše zapadá. Pohyblivé šperky na loket CUBITO budou i při běžné konverzaci upozorňovat na mechanismus našeho těla. Jeho pohyb si skoro neuvědomujeme a přitom je během naší denní činnosti stále zapojen. Libovolně výměnná barevná plexiskla u obou šperků se při sebemenší změně polohy ruky vysouvají či otáčejí, a tak stále udržují naší pozornost.
